These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Arise (“the App”), provided by Arise Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Terms of Service.
Arise requires a paid subscription to use. Subscription options and prices are shown in the App before purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (on iOS) or Google Play account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions (Android). Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App is a tool designed to help you wake up, and is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Alarm delivery depends on your device, its operating system, and its settings (volume, Focus, battery, permissions). Do not rely on the App as your sole method of waking for safety- or time-critical situations. We are not responsible for missed alarms, oversleeping, or any consequences arising from device or operating-system behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
